To qualify for the 2008 Chief Scout Executive’s Winners’ Circle recognition, a council must achieve at least one percent growth in traditional membership and growth in traditional units by June 30, 2008.

To qualify for the Above and Beyond recognition, a council must achieve at least three percent growth in traditional membership and growth in traditional units by June 30, 2008.

2007 Centennial Quality Council Award
